GeoShot is open source software licensed under the MIT License. You are free to:

Use of the App
GeoShot is provided as-is for capturing photos with geolocation data. You agree to:
- Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the privacy and property rights of others when taking photos
- Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Be responsible for the content you create and share
Location Data
GeoShot embeds GPS coordinates into photos you take. You are responsible for:
- Understanding that photos contain location metadata
- Being aware of privacy implications when sharing geotagged photos
- Removing location data before sharing if desired
Disclaimer of Warranties
GeoShot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy of location data
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices
Limitation of Liability
The developers of GeoShot shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Privacy breaches due to shared geotagged photos
- Device malfunction
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the app at any time
- Update these Terms of Service
- Release new versions with changed functionality
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

As an open source project, GeoShot welcomes contributions. By contributing code, you agree to license your contributions under the same MIT License.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
